• $429/year with savings of over $200
• 1 Basic hygiene cleaning every 6 months (up to 2 per year)
• 1-2 exams per year
• Annual bitewing X-rays
• 1 Panorex or FMX X-ray every 3-5 years
• Oral cancer screening with cleaning
• 2 Fluoride treatments per year
• 10% off additional treatment (excludes Ortho & Botox)

Child Plan

• $349/year with savings of over $200
